MontVert moves closer to completion every day. The final touches on landscaping and interior finishes are underway as we prepare for occupancy.

Construction is progressing on schedule at 16 Mile Creek. We forecast that exterior cladding will be complete by the end of 2023, with interior finishes being worked on simultaneously.

North Oakville Phase 1 is complete! With the community now realized, our teams have moved onto active construction on Phase 2, and we expect fall closings.

Glen Abbey Encore Phase 1 and Phase 2 are now complete.

Work is nearing completion on Blumont, with activity on the site fully involved. We’re aiming for the community to be finalized this fall, with work currently underway on the exterior sidewalk and sodding.
